This experience combined with over 15 years working in sales and marketing means he knows what it takes to get the job done. Part of Matt’s unique skill set comes from his work as a Social Media Consultant where he leverages the value of video and transparency to help his clients connect with the right audience. “It’s not about your product, it’s just not, it’s about your customers and the value your brand can bring to them,” he says.

Matt grew up in Corinth, New York and later moved down to the Capital District area saying that, “owning a home here goes down as one of the greatest experiences of my life.” For his sellers Matt leverages the power of social media, his negotiating skills learned as a military police officer and sales professional, and the team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to get you the fairest price in the least amount of time. The same skill set also proves to be a major asset to his buyers and renters. Negotiating is a skill that comes naturally to Matt and paired with his degree in Behavioral Psychology he’s ready, willing, and able to get you the best deal.
